
Green City Beauty is a small, boutique salon with individually curated services and we look forward to scheduling appointments for our clients. We gladly accept appointment requests through our online scheduling tab, and by text message, email, or phone. We aim to respond to all requests as quickly as possible. If calling to cancel or reschedule an appointment and a Green City Beauty staff member is not available, clients must leave a message via voicemail, phone, or text. For messages to cancel or reschedule an appointment that are left within 48-hours of a scheduled appointment, clients are subject to our Cancellation, Late-Reschedule, and No-Show Policy outlined within.
Green City Beauty aims to accommodate client wishes based upon availability and the appropriateness of our services for an individual client. All clients will be asked to review a Consult Form and advise us of any concerns prior to receiving a service. This allows our staff to deliver a safe and effective treatment. Green City Beauty reserves the right to refuse service for any service when indicated. For certain services, clients must be 18 years of age. For services that are acceptable for those under 18 years of age, parental or guardian consent is required.
Green City Beauty must strictly enforce a 48-hour cancellation, reschedule, and no-show policy in consideration of our staff and clients.
Appointment times are reserved and held upon client request and are exclusively for the reserving client. For this reason, we must require a valid credit card on file at the time of booking an appointment. Credit cards are only charged if a cancellation, reschedule, or no-show occurs within the 48-hour period. The credit card on-file may also be used for a completed service upon check-out. For any client that has a pre-purchased or recurring service and cancels, “no-shows,” or late-reschedules within the 48-hour policy, client agrees to forfeit a full service which will be deducted from the pre-paid balance.
For all cancellation or rescheduling wishes within the 48-hour period, or if a client simply doesn’t show up, a 50% fee of the total booked service(s) will be applied to the credit card on file for the given client. Green City Beauty understands that life is unpredictable and we aim to accommodate our clients to the best of our ability.
Green City Beauty reserves the right to uphold a 10-minute grace period for a scheduled appointment. Beyond the 10-minute grace period, Green City Beauty must consider this a “no-show” and therefore enforce the Cancellation, Late-Reschedule, and No-Show policy.
Any appointment scheduled within 48-hours of the desired appointment time, the Cancellation, Late-Reschedule, and No-Show Policy is automatically in effect. It is the sole responsibility of the client to remember appointment times and to adhere to Green City Beauty’s Cancellation, Late-Reschedule, and No-Show Policy.
This policy is enforced in consideration of our staff and all clients. Green City Beauty reserves the right to change, add, remove or otherwise modify our policies at any time without prior notice. This policy is listed on our website, as well as, official Green City Beauty email communications.
